Jonathan Bernstein is an Associate of Tesser & Cohen, providing comprehensive legal assistance to clients throughout New York and New Jersey.
Prior to joining Tesser & Cohen, Mr. Bernstein practiced general commercial litigation, specializing in discovery intensive matters. Mr. Bernstein has a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and concentrated on Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation while at Rutgers Law School.
Mr. Bernstein currently focuses his practice on representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals before, during and after litigation. Mr. Bernstein’s background and training in economics and finance enables him to understand and properly analyze the complex issues that often arise in construction and general commercial disputes.
