Tesser & Cohen’s architects and engineers’ Practice Group boasts substantial experience in representing architects, engineers and land surveyors in every aspect of their daily practice. Our services include contract development and review, representation of design professionals in all fora of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and litigation, as well as appearances before state licensing boards.

Our professional group’s clients include international, national, regional and local design firms, and professional liability insurance companies. We have represented our clients in the adjustment of significant disputes including those involving pharmaceutical facilities, highways, and waste water treatment plants, commercial and retail development projects and residential construction.

The architects and engineers group is chaired by Robert E. Bennett, Esq., who has over thirty-six years’ experience in the field.
